My promise is to listen.
To be fully present for you and your issues, I keep sessions short, around 45 minutes. I want you to feel at ease and aim to create an atmosphere of trust, respect, and appreciation.
My practice is founded on systemic thinking and humanistic psychology. My attention will be on you, your personality, traits and strengths. I’ll also keep in mind you’re part of a complex social system that’s influenced and shaped by other individuals and groups, rules, and dynamics that bring challenges and opportunities. I’ll encourage you to take a 360 degree look at your social, work and community environments.
You bring the content. I bring the tools.
I am not your Guru. We work as equal partners in the coaching process. I’m responsible for all things process and methods. I’ll use systemic questions, scales, visualisations, dream journeys and any coaching tool that suits you and your situation. But I won’t dare to give you advice.
You know yourself and your situation best. You’re responsible for content and direction. Sessions are focused on you and your personal experience and perspective, how you perceive and interpret the world. I’m there to help you explore your situation and challenge and navigate towards your resources and solutions.
My approach is person centred, resource focused and solution oriented. My practice is as diverse as my coachees and their situations. I really love personality and values work, but have accompanied coachees in various situations: through personal and professional transitions, in managing stress and conflict, and in building businesses.
That means, you can come to me with any issue. The key is the relationship between coach and coachee. I offer trial sessions, so you can see and feel for yourself, if me and my methods work for you.
