Hi there - I’m glad you found me!

I’m Esther, a certified systemic coach and change manager. Based in Brussels, I offer individual online coaching in German and English.

I believe in people and their power. I have experienced, both as coach and coachee, how zooming in on ourselves, our values, traits and strengths helps us live our lives authentically and judgement-free. Coaching works. That’s what inspired me to learn its’ ropes and show up for others through my practice.

I qualified in systemic coaching and change management in 2023 at INeKO Institute for the development of personal and interpersonal skills at University of Cologne.

Educated in Germany and the UK, I spent the past ten years working across countries and cultures, organisations, governments and institutions in global health and international development. Having lived in Central Asia, East Africa, Turkey and the Western Balkans, I eventually found the place that keeps me moving enough to stay. When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me exploring Brussels’ cultural scene and biking paths, shooting this gorgeous city in analogue, and hiding from the drizzle in my kitchen or further South.
